Sign up here to volunteer at the 2021 Hope for Autumn Foundation Crawfish Boil to be held April 24th, 2021 from 3-9pm!

The information below is a quick overview of the event and the volunteer opportunities. Please note volunteers are asked to purchase tickets to the event:

Dates:

·       Setup:  Friday, April 23th, 2021 and Saturday morning, April 24, 2021

·       Volunteer Appreciation Cookout at Ross Bridge Resort:  Friday, April 23th, 2021

·       Crawfish Boil:  Saturday, April 24th, 2021, (3pm – 9pm)

·       Breakdown:  Sunday, April 25, 2021

Volunteer Stations and Shifts:

·       Front Gate / Ticket Sales

·       Crawfish Servers

·       Hope for Autumn T Shirt Sales

·       Food and Beverage Servers

·       Shifts are 2 hours each and begin at 3:00pm, 5:00pm and 7:00pm.

Please click the link below to register for the 2021 Junior Board March Madness fundraiser! Once you register and pay the $20 donation, you will receive an email confirmation with a link in which to create your bracket.

There will be 25 members per group and the overall winner of each group will receive $100. Thanks for supporting families battling childhood cancer and good luck!
