The information below is a quick overview of the event and the volunteer opportunities. Please note volunteers are asked to purchase tickets to the event:
Dates:
· Setup: Friday, April 29th, 2022 and Saturday morning, April 30, 2022
· Volunteer Appreciation Cookout at boil site: Friday, April 29th, 2022
· Crawfish Boil: Saturday, April 30th, 2022, (3pm – 9pm)
· Breakdown: Sunday, May 1, 2022
Volunteer Stations and Shifts:
· Front Gate / Ticket Sales
· Crawfish Servers
· Hope for Autumn T Shirt Sales
· Food and Beverage Servers
· Shifts are 2 hours each and begin at 3:00pm, 5:00pm and 7:00pm.
